What is this?

On Thursday, March 20th, 5:02 PM CST a strange Gmail account under the name howarddsawyer@gmail.com started emailing underground ARG content creators about a mystery.
Namely the following:

They sent a strange video over email

And a link to a twitter account with some ominous activity and description:

Location: Dallas, TX.
Description: "Are you outside looking in the inside?"
Activity: Brand new account, buy's twitter blue, posts their puzzle under various american politics and popular tweets.

What follows is a series of, as they call it, "games"

Game 1

The original PFP for the account was, supposedly, the creators face along with assets in the first video

the first game starts with this tweet

The audio in the video says the phrase "Rot13" in reverse
and the text in the video shows the following:

Decrypted, we get an imgur link to a strange image

This is an image of audio converted to an image. This technique was discovered through the documentation of one of SiivaGunner's many ARG's

It can be translated with this tool

The following is the output of said audio.

For now, the Artist and Name of this song is currently unknown.
The lyrics in the song seem to be what the twitter account is quoting.
It's possible that this may be a ruse to promote a brand new band.

Game 2

The following Day, the twitter account started messaging everyone that started following the account.

The larger paragraph easily telegraphs a secret message: WAVEFORM

The next game was afoot with the next post out:

The Google Drive link in the video links to a new Audio File

Translated reveals the following poem:

Four melodies will grace your ear!

After this, the gamemaster's profile picture changed to that of Billy the Puppet from SAW, and the banner changed to that of a Boeing 777 commercial airplane

All this hinting towards the date July 7th, 2025, 7PM CST as notable for some possible song drop.

Game 3

Game 3 goes full blown Saw Antagonist.
Along with the creator removing the description of the twitter account.

Shot myself in the foot with solving the last one quickly..

Audio analysis reveals two things.
Morse Code, and a Spectrogram.

My current understanding is that this video is meant to lead to another Google Drive link, as it spells that out in the Morse Code.
However, there are a few conditions.

Google Drive links are case sensitive
Morse Code is NOT case sensitive
ID's for Drive Files are 33 characters in Base64 that ALWAYS start with a 1.

With that said, the information provided is both too much and too little to make do with anything.
