Lamb of Affliction

This entry follows a cutesy facade of a girl browsing the internet with a sly transition back to our protagonist in Game 4, Keith! Where it seems he's on a date with the one who calls him "savior".
The game takes a sharp decline in mood there after, immediately showing her dead in his apartment. The rest of the shape finding and discovery takes place in and around this apartment.
There seems to be a lot more interconnection between the stories of each game happening here.
Red Circle
In the shape's room, the tall man gives you a hint to go and Buy Detergent. Only Detergent at the supermarket. If you do just that, a code will appear on both walls:

Head back to the 3 door room, select the red circle, and head to the Full Moon Door.
Continue down the conspiracy route and maneuver your way past the monster to open the door.
Make your way outside and then head back to the 201 bedroom, there will be a key for room 203.
In the 203 bathroom, there is a path you need to follow on the floor to activate the Red circle.
Touch each big circle on the floor in the order provided, with X as your 8th and last step, and make sure not to step on any other circles accidentally.
If done correctly, the Red Circle will appear!
Blue Triangle
When you first boot up the game, there is a quote that a bird says in many languages to you:
"Who has believed our message? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?"
This is directly from Isaiah 53:1, this will be used as a code for us later.
The name Lamb531 is also used as this character's login information, with 6 stars as the password.
Activate the shape you want in the 3 door room and head to the Waxing Crescent Door.
You must make the photo on the internet go negative by refreshing the page, activate 5 angry faces on the first screen, then 3 on the second screen, and then 1 on the last screen before the crash.
Refresh the page 6 times and then the blue triangle will appear!
Yellow Square
Returning to the man after buying bleach from the market reveals a new hint:
Watch your step, or it'll reset
Activate the shape you want in the 3 door room and head to the Full Moon Door.
Continue down the conspiracy route till you get to the Room 201 bedroom and then immediately exit.
The world will then corrupt. If you then make it back to the conspiracy room while this is all still corrupted and read the note where it would've been and make it out of Room 201 again. You should be able to make your way down to the basement in this corrupted state.
Once you're inside, be very careful about your movements, you only get one chance to activate it.
In a separate route, if you make it through the darkness of Room 104, you can find a switch that unlocks a gate in Room 103. Inside is a doll that will tell you the following hint:
Lowest Point...
Forward, 90Deg Right, Left, 180Deg, Backwards, Right, 270Deg right, Left, 90Deg right, Forward, Right, 180Deg, Backwards, 270Deg Right, Forward,
Reap.

Green Diamond
After you finish all the requirements for the Red Circle, head back to the tall man in the room to change your targeted shape for him to say something new: Time out in Grey, Make it so your patience won't wane.
In room 101, if you wait in there for about a minute, something will trigger.
Then If you then head to the back alley there is a door that was locked previously that will now be open for you.
After entering the door, you'll enter a completely grey room with no way out.
You must wait a little more than an hour and a half for a small ring drop sound to play. If you miss the opportunity when it plays, you will have to wait again.
this sound will only play once, and then you have 1 minute to enter the door inside the room.
The diamond will then be in it's own room.
